Fred Aronson has an extensive background in executive search and helping clients with their staffing needs. He has recruited key talent in a number of industries and specialties including manufacturing, engineering and finance. He has also worked as a senior internal consultant in the federal public sector where he provided training and coaching services for a variety of agencies and departments.
Don Gillis is an experienced IT professional who has broad range of project experience in the implementation and migration of IT systems. He is also experienced in training and coaching organizations and helping them to make the right IT choices. He has worked for large organizations such as Rio Tinto, the Red Cross, Hydro Quebec, Hewitt, Merck and Draxis. He has also helped numerous smaller organizations develop web-sites, implement mobile collaboration tools and financial reporting systems.
Erik Grados is a senior financial planning analyst and a former Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at Groupe Aeroplan. He also worked for Air Canada as a Manager of Financial Planning. In his role as a consultant to small and medium businesses Erik is able to provide insightful and effective solutions to their financial management needs. He holds an MBA from McGill and obtained a BBA in Finance from Bishops.
Doug Meredith is a former Partner in PwC Consulting, and PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a former executive in IBM Business Consulting. His focus is on strategy, leadership, organizational effectiveness and translating client's needs into practical solutions. He has developed consulting methodologies and proprietary assessment tools in the areas of employee and customer engagement. He holds an MASc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and earned the Certified Management Consulting (CMC) designation.
